Shipping and Mail Service

Each college has a unique street address, and all student mail must be sent directly to each student's respective college. The U.S. Postal Service delivers six days a week to each college. Federal Express and United Parcel Service deliver five days weekly, with the exception of express overnight shipments. FedEx Express can be picked up at the office on Holly Hall on Saturdays.  A HOLD for PICKUPneeds to be indicated at the time the shipment is prepared. The recipient can then go to Holly Hall and pick up the shipment with proper identification.

The residential college offices are closed on weekends and university holidays. Please make an effort to request shipments to arrive during the regular work hours Monday-Friday during the academic calendar year. Students who order items for themselves, should time delivery when they are in residence. Colleges are not equipped to receive packages prior to the first day of Orientation Week for freshmen and the first day of classes for upperclassmen. Students must receive packages sent to them via U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Please contact the college coordinator at your student's college if you need other assistance.
